Capt. Dincken D'sa completed his apprenticeship in 1991, with Bernhard Schulte Shipmanagement company and went to become Master in 2004 with the same company. In the last 25 years at sea he has sailed on a wide range of vessels including Heavy Lifts, Tankers, General Cargo, Bulk Carriers and Containers. He came ashore and progressed towards with the same company for the manning / recruitment of Indian officers and ratings for last 15 years. He has Over 12 Years of Experience in the Filed of Manning And Management . He has over the Years Established a Wide Network in the Shipping Industry is known as for his straight forword, ethical And principled approach. Sailed as CE with a reputed shipping company. Has a 26 years exp and 5 years as CE prior coming ashore. He is focusing on the Engine side requirement and technical know how for spare parts and services. Mr. Gulwadi joined ASM as a Technical Superintendent and progressed to become ASM's first fleet manager with subsequent Technical roles within ASM. A distinction holder from the Directorate of Marine Engineering Training (DMET), Mr. Gulwadi has overseen the expansion of ASM fleet.
Mr. Dominic Almeida is a Mariner by profession and started his career offshore and later join Bernhard Schulte and was with them for 12 years. He has been working shore since six year . In ASM he is been handling the catering crew requirement, training the crew and mentoring them to perform well on our managed company vessel. He is a degree holder in hotel management and actively involved in our provision supply for demolition vessel’s for our client in Gulf , Taiwan Greece and Singapore.
